Transformative Models of Healing (TMH)

A human-centered framework developed by Clarice Corinn Bennett, MPsy, integrating psychology, cultural identity, and meaning-making to support deep personal transformation.

The Transformative Models of Healing (TMH) is a human-centered framework developed by Clarice Corinn Bennett, MPsy, to support long-term personal growth, identity development, and empowered decision-making. TMH blends psychological insight, cultural context, and meaning-making to help people understand themselves beyond survival mode. While clients do not learn the TMH framework directly, it shapes how RCS designs trauma-informed programs, workshops, and coaching experiences.

TMH provides the framework for how RCS supports individuals and communities in building clarity, emotional grounding, and authentic self-leadership.

This poster summarizes the conceptual foundations and development of the Transformative Models of Healing (TMH) framework.

What TMH Informs (Not Teaches)

The TMH framework provides the internal architecture that informs key RCS practices, including:

  • Identity reclamation

  • Meaning-making and narrative reframing

  • Motivational and behavioral activation

  • Cultural and contextual self-understanding

  • Empowerment and personal agency

  • Psychological flexibility and resilience-building

TMH is not taught to coaching clients.

Instead, it shapes the RCS methodology behind the scenes, supporting safe, structured, and culturally responsive experiences.
